I had almost eleven hours sleep.... much needed and boy did it feel good! 

I didn't sleep at all hardly last night. Some things to do with college sent my mind into overdrive, and not in a good way. I saw 1am, 3am and then before I knew it it was time to get up. I tried to rest with a big rock in my chest, and that made it hard to concentrate on falling asleep. I'm going to talk about in my own therapy on Wednesday- maybe I'll feel better then. 

In spite of this, today has been lovely. A bit of sun after a day of rain may have helped, plus things always look brighter after a good night's sleep. I got ready straight away, but Lou came over about 10:30am. Her mum and dad were going to get their Christmas tree, so they left her with us for a couple of hours. She's got a bit of a cold, but she was in good spirits, and we had fun. I haven't seen her since last Sunday, but it feels like forever! 

I got my nails done, cleaned my house, and then had a date in the evening. We went to a town that's a ten minute drive for me, near where A's store is. When I met him I immediately thought no, but the pub we were in was too noisy so we decided to try another. We walked a few yards to a hotel, which was beautifully decorated and completely empty! Despite being the only ones there, we spent an hour and a half chatting over a drink, having a very pleasant time. I don't think I was attracted to him, but he was easy company and I guess I felt relaxed.
