This jasmine  I am sure flowers after january I could be wrong !!!
this was a cutting I took from Richard's garden the gentleman I looked after for 15 years he was almost 102 when he died. 
             MEMORIES are made of this. makes me smile to see it growing Richard died in 2015 so this is the first time the plant has flowered.
