Day 14: Something Yellow

Ah, another uniform pic, another first, a other milestone, another baby growing up.

L's first day at preschool today. I was very worried how she would take it, she can be quite shy at times and doesn't talk in public at the moment. She settled quickly and I popped home for an hour. Missed her like crazy and was ready to pick her up after 20 minutes. I did however get to have an actual warm drink and have a warm shower without anyone small tugging on the shower curtain.

L apparently did all the things she was suppose to at preschool. Joined in with the snack, had a wee in the kiddie toilets, wore a princess dress.

I asked if she enjoyed it and she says she did but a naughty boy snatched the Peppa pig car from her. It must have really p***ed her off as she's recounted this story many times already. She also said she liked eating the cheese and apple but the snow tastes horrible?!

E had a taster riding lesson at a new school today. She was pleased to be back on a horse but this new school teaches totally different riding techniques. Much gentler and calmer which I think I like but it will take some getting use to, just squeezing a horse to get it to move on?!

Just got back from training. Bloody freezing. My extremities are numb.
