Bumble bee...

....collecting pollen from Gaillardia Aristata Arizona Sun situated in my 'bee and butterfly' garden.

Got woken by the birds at 5am this morning, they were singing their little lungs out, many different sounds was rather nice to listen to.

Surprise surprise the wind returned today. We're finding continual wind very tiring, day in and day out, back to back, if there are any calm moments we sigh with relief.

The predicted thunderstorm, hail, high intensity rain and tornadoes haven't arrived as yet, now expected overnight. We could do without all of these but badly need just normal rain as the continual wind has sucked any moisture out of the ground. Our high today, 23C
