Second Advent Sunday

There has been a lot of rain today but compared to other parts of the South Island we have been lucky.  The sun is out now and it seems the storm has past.  I was productive inside sewing up my knitting for expected grandchild. Then washing the garment so it can be posted tomorrow.  I also altered a dress that I no longer liked.  I did have to dust off the sewing machine first.
The advent still life is with recently opened Iris.
