A none blip

Bit of a none blip today. But this is a corner in the room that kind of hangs around and reminds me of my complex needs...

I have been very tired after my sleepless night last night and over doing the window art a bit off late. I have put the window art away for a few days whilst I try and get energy levels back up.

Have had my hair washed tonight because I am coming down from an adrenalin surge again so am going to be struggling for a few days again. So I will be clean at least whilst I go through the pain and exhaustion again. I am well wrapped up in bed tonight with fleecy jacket hot water bottles and a selection of warm blankets.

A survived her trip to the dentist today complete with bus change and didn't take her elephant incase she lost him so one very brave girl!
