Talking reindeer

Two jolly reindeer recounting a Christmas tale. I think they are silly enough for Admirers Silly Saturday challenge. Any suggestions for a caption?

At least they are not real reindeer, unlike some of the garden centres that bring them in from farms that keep them for making money at Christmas . Reindeer should be in Lapland living in herds and being looked after by Sami people.

After my traumatic afternoon at the hospital yesterday, I am feeling much more relaxed and coming to terms with not knowing what the future will bring. Do any of us know?

I spent some time in the garden as it was a dry, mild morning. A huge branch of the big fir tree had broken off and ian had to cut off the many small branches and remove it. Fortunately no damage was done apart from breaking bits of an apple tree. We now have lots of fir for making christmas decorations!

Shortly we are going to our local shopping centre to hear Rock Choir sing at the Christmas Lights switch on.

Looking forward to the semi -final of Strictly this evening. Saturdays wont be the same when the current series is over.
