Willlamette and Portland Railroad GP39-2 #2306

A foggy morning provided a bit of mood for this venerable locomotive waiting to pull out of a siding.
The livery is Atchison, Topeka & Santa Fe from it's original owners, but this locomotive has been with WPRR since 2000.
