Thursday: Ukrainian Dancing

I spent a good portion of the day in recruitment interviews for a vacant position we are filling. I always find it so hard to make a judgment based on an application and an hour’s interview. I wanted to hire a guy based on the fact that, at one point, he had been involved with a microbrewery, but my colleague, quite rightly, felt we needed a little more to go on.
