Our Christmas Tree. The Feast of St. Nicholas.

Maria and me have a tradition of decorating our family Christmas tree on my birthday weekend, so it has been up and looking beautiful since 30th November. Arthur our cat seems adjusted now to all the changes and sits quite happily on the footstool beside the tree.
A day of fast changing weathers, including sunny interludes, strong cold wind and cloudy darkness.The essence of December.
Hoping it is dry at 6pm for Mass.
I am enjoying a homely day waiting in for parcels and two have already been delivered.
