Amazing sunset
Something we so rarely enjoy here, more sunrises than sunsets.
Had an emergency cake order for this morning which I got off in time, cake in extra.
We then caught a ferry across to Mui Wo to meet up with friends who are staying at the Cathay holiday house in South Lantau. It was a real treat being out there as it’s a proper “house” and has a swimming pool, large patio, huge BBQ area and lovely gardens AND a car with the property. So our friends picked us up at the pier and drove to the house and then dropped us back to DB.
We enjoyed cheese and wine on the patio and wonderful conversation. It was the longest time we’ve ever spent with these friends whom we’ve known for over 10 years!
We walked down to Cheung Sha beach where we were mesmerised by the beautiful sunset. It was spectacular.
Amy had also bought some mince pies and I actually had my first mince pie of the season! Can’t believe it. It’s Dec 4th!!!!!!!! I sooo enjoyed it.
Had to dash back to DB as we had choir practice at 8, made it just in time.
After practice, Ben and I got to hang out at the bar he works at, drinks on the house of course :).
