Happy Thanksgiving

We were invited to join a thanksgiving meal at friend’s Pam and Brent’s today.

Started the day by decorating a cake, which I forgot to take a picture off!!!!!! So silly.

Then a quick lunch before meeting up with Ev to “make” a new advent wreath for our church. The previous one is 8 years old and needed updating ... apparently! I was tasked to make another one.

Our church is meeting in another venue tomorrow so we went to help set it up and finish the wreath on site.

Home quickly to bake another cake to take for dessert. A very lovely evening with dear friends celebrating Thanksgiving. Friends Brent and Pam usually brine their turkey before roasting and this is what it looks like when fully cooked! It was deeeelicous!
