Michael and Baz

Had an extremely useful afternoon playing with my battery powered studio equipment, with Michael Lau's considerable help.

Arriving in Michael's studio, Basil obviously thought he was there to pose and got into position, but this photo was taken at the end of the afternoon. Basil looks slightly disgusted which is why he's turning away.

I do feel far more confident now about setting everything up. I need to start playing with it regularly. Anyone want a portrait shoot?

Baz and I even managed to get out of Nottingham fairly easy despite it being in the rush hour.

THE cold improved today but not, so far, banished.
