Wood Cauliflower

A young creamy white Wood Cauliflower (Sparassis crispa) growing on the stump of a Scots Pine. The Wood Cauliflower turns ochre as it ages and can be very large. I once found one which, from a distance, appeared to be a golden labrador retriever lying at the foot of a tree.
