The basis for my qualitative analysis

This is my very dogeared, written on article that I first found as being described as a model rather than a list of descriptors of highly self-directed learners... it's been the basis for my analysis of my interviews.. but I do wish Garrison had done a little more work on it.... it's been hard to turn it from a theoretical perspective into something that I could use to look for self-directed learning behaviours as described by my participants!
