Budding

Binna and Peter are in full swing budding oranges on to Lemon rootstock.
Looks like serious business!
We bought the buds from improved variety orange trees and in a few years we will be growing our own.

When the seedlings are mature we will distribute them throughout the community, with particular emphasis on our HIV/Aids support groups.

Between oranges, tangerines, limes and lemons we expect to have maybe 4000 seedlings.
