Escape

We had to register for Saturday's run today, so managed to escape the confines of the hotel and see a teeny tiny bit of the island. This was once a lovely beach front hotel by the looks of it.

I've done no exercise at all since I've got here and feel like I've put on about 4kg. Not a great lead up to Christmas.

My finger is healing nicely though so (probably way too soon) I've removed all the steristrips and dressings and will be taking it swimming tomorrow. In the mean time I have an Asian feast to look forward to now.
