Taxis or Yew

Taxus or Yew. I dedicated my first study painting to the plant giving its origin to the chemotherapy drug I have been taking. It’s called Docetaxel and belongs to the family of Taxanes. It is widely used to treat breast cancer and was patented in 1986, it has been in use only since 1995 and has several side effects.
