Inverness

We are back in Inverness.

When we were at the Kirkwall airport this morning I was able to go over to the Inter-Island desk and get a certificate for Kent, signed by the pilot, to state that on the 21st, he had flown on the world’s shortest regular scheduled commercial flight. (Extra)

Here in Inverness I got the Christmas presents for my family in Skye all wrapped up and ready for us to transport with us tomorrow.

As we always like to do, we went to the Snow Goose for a late lunch/early dinner.

Dad had his hip replacement surgery first thing this morning and word is that he was sitting up eating his lunch at 12:30. Let’s hope all continues to go well.
