Today I worked with All Saints Maldon, a great school in an historic town. A quick wander to the quay where locals have been making sails and building boats for more than 400 years. The boatyards, dock, pub and church form a historic centre. The church is more than 1300 years old and was known locally as the Fisherman's Church and the Mariner's Beacon and the local pub is just as old. A great place, right on our doorstep.
