Mont Blanc ahead ...

Train, bus, plane, train, train to arrive at two meetings in Geneva this evening. Swiss integrated transport really does work like the proverbial cuckoo clock!

The views of the approaching Alps never fail to impress. Sadly down by Lake Geneva, below the thick cloud, it was mild but murky and no chance of seeing Mont Blanc across the lake today.

As I walked back to the hotel at the end of the evening I was impressed by Swiss municipal Christmas decorations. They make the six paltry offerings on lampposts in Porty look very meagre indeed!
