Winters night

The snow has hit at last. I hope it will not continue all night but that the gritters will manage to keep the roads clear. Everyone here faces longer journeys in the morning to work many taking hours rather than minutes to reach it.
If the snow that has fallen already freezes over night the roads will be very slippy.
Mark is already praying for a snow day!
