Greenhead Park at Dawn

TUESDAY

I was on office duty today.

Not wanting to prolong the frustration of being chained to the desk, I did a couple of laps of Greenhead Park on my way into work which provided me with today's blips and the bonus of 3796 added to my step count.

I also managed to escape for an hour at lunchtime and clock up another 4638 steps.

This week's fitbit challenge is  becoming an obsession and I am still 4,700 steps behind kagsy

The extra is the recently unveiled memorial in the park which honours the Sikh soldiers who fought in the two world wars.
