Not a bad day as far as the weather is concerned. A nice start at a slow-ish pace then over to see the baby for more childminding practice. Qualified success. Went for a walk and she fell asleep so was feeling relaxed enough to do that. Still some tears though. We'll get there I'm sure.

Afterwards off to collect the four year old from nursery ready for the Tuesday sleepover. She is becoming impressively dextrous with her colouring in and craft. At the moment she's making cards using stencils which her dad had thirty odd years ago. "Don't peek" is her instruction so I'm sitting quietly blipping while she creates a masterpiece.

Soon she and Cameraman will be going out to take photographs of the windows which are being lit tonight. Then it'll be mushroom risotto followed by Eve's pudding and settling down for an early night.
