Souvenir, Leigh Marshes
I was up and out early today and headed down to Leigh Marshes, expecting the forecast fog to be wondrously lit by a brilliant sunrise. Nope. Nothing. No fog at all and just a smattering of frost. I took the usual photos of the Souvenir and a pretty average sunrise, but I’ve done all that before, and even whacking on the 16-35mm didn’t instigate much excitement. The tide being out, I thought I’d climb the ladder by the side of the boat, and that’s where today’s Blip came from. The extra is a tree I always pass having got out of the car. It shows the peak of the sunrise colour (with a touch of vibrancy added) as things just faded from then on.
