A beach for all....

... if you are hardy. We went to Minnis Bay for a walk along the wide open beach. It was windy and bitterly cold but trusted up like a Christmas turkey we were warm enough.
It was lovely to see people out and the horses were an extra bonus, they did go in the water but not for long. In the background can just be seen one of the big windfarms off the Kent coast out in the north sea. It produces enough power for the Kent area.
The extra has one of the channel ferries in the distance making it's way into Dover - about 16 miles away.
