A good idea gone wrong

Today we had the carpet steam cleaned. So I thought it would be a good idea to take hubby and hound to the dog park to let the carpet dry undisturbed. It was a sunny and warm day, perfect right? No! Sunny and warm after a snowstorm means the dog park is a mud pit!
So once home, hubby and I carried our shoes in to the shower, then I carried Laney into the shower. But, hey, the carpet looks great!
