Chickpea surprise!

I went to work after a bad nights sleep. Remembering that at least I didn't have to do an on call this evening was helpful especially with a full diary of visits to work through. It was great to see the families, some of whom I'd looked after in the summer when I was working full time.

Tonights meal was left over roast chicken pieces and chickpeas in a coronation sauce. When I was straining the chickpeas I some how managed to spill half of then all over the kitchen...........
