Love that Dhruv has been photobombed by Chong’s kids who were waiting their turn! Rafa won a bottle of gin and Floss won a bottle of Jäger so a swap was done!
Went to see a grunge tribute band with Rads and Claire- what a giggle. Too much Alice in Chains for my liking but worth it for Rearviewmirror. Love that tune!
We picked up a tipsy Betty on the way home, and she regaled us with her tale of one of her pals being pished and having to phone his Mum to come and get him. Sadly he was too drunk to tell them the passcode for his phone so she asked Floss for the number. They have 2 Explorers with the same name and she didn’t specify which so ended up phoning the wrong Mum who arrived to collect her son who was blamelessly enjoying himself at a different party. Eventually the correct Mum was located and the poor lad was dispatched home safely. I think the taxi driver greatly enjoyed Betty’s chat.
