Christmas gifts

A wet day and much warmer than the last few days. I walked down to Katherine’s this morning to help stick some special labels on to some mugs that will be a gift for the girls at the Christmas Party on Thursday.
Into the doctors for my bloods and flu jab so hoping there are no side effects as we have an exciting weekend to look forward to.
A walk back up the hill and a cosy afternoon inside away from the rain outside.
These lovely felt decorations arrived in the post made by a young lady who used to be in one of the Nursery classes when I was Nursery Nurse about 14 years ago.She also came to the art classes I ran and was always very enthusiastic about anything crafty. She was very ill when she was younger and spent a long time in hospital.She’s 18 now and doing very well and we keep in contact through Facebook. The decorations are beautifully made and will be treasured.
