World Famous Franklin's Barbecue in Austin Texas

Frankly, this doesn't look like much, but customers start lining up hours before they open and bring their lawn chairs along to hang out. Apparently they cook until they run out and if you are not there early enough you are part of the  "left out" crew, and certainly no one want to be left out. I am told the flavor of all their meats are great - we did not have a chance to eat their barbecue this time, and I am not particularly motivated to sit on a lawn chair for some hours to partake. Seems lake good marketing, based upon the scarcity principle.
