Traditional Scottish Cookbook

Pictured is one of my Xmas presents from Marie, an Indian spice tin. Alongside is a wee Xmas present to myself: "India. The Cookbook" by the stunningly named Puntpesh Pant. This is a cookbook of truly biblical proportions and should keep my spice fixation going for many years to come. I'll probably give it a first outing this weekend.
