A Soccer Ball

A round thing
that bounces and
runs around
the whole day.

A thing that doesn't
even get tired.

And it is a hard thing,
and its friends are shoes
and grass
and when they are
together they make a
fun, fantastic team.

And he likes to eat
shoes. And once
he is tired you need
to feed him and his
favorite food is air.
