Blue skies and unusual clouds

Mike tried to fix the outside light that was damaged in the rain we had during the week. A few other jobs and then we went out. Filled the car with petrol and then off to the Spud Hut for some lovely fresh veggies. Down to Redcastle where the sea was incredible still. The ground was still very frosty and the clouds were unusual.
Then we went to see My Cousin Rachel at Eden Court staring Helen George ( Call the Midwife) ,Simon Shepherd ( Peak Practise) and Jack Holden ( War Horse, West End ). We really enjoyed it. The setting was very cleverly done with a huge staircase and fireplace with flickering candles. My favourite part was when they all sang in The Bleak Mid Winter around a Christmas tree and snow started to fall in the background. Mike did not even fall asleep. It was an Audio assist showing which was good as it’s not always easy to hear what’s being said.
We went to M&S after to use a £5 voucher. Bought some dinners and a lovely orchid in a glass terrarium , part of my Christmas present and my Landscape magazine.
-2 in Munlochy as we drove home so it’s going to be another cold night !
