Still in the same space

Today was busy at work, everyone was back from their holidays. Glad to see everyone and hear all the wonderful stories they had.

All day I was anxious as I was hoping Mr. Grumpy would leave the mirror at my house. He didn't reply to my email as I thought he would just drop it off and our arrangement of no contact stays the same.

Went to bikram after work and then chilled out with my bestie. Went home and it was close to 9pm. Surely the mirror would be at the house. Nope, not at the front and no one took it inside. Another email and no reply... Maybe he doesn't understand after all or maybe a late meeting came up once again...

Bikram should have calmed me and not think about any negatively and kept me motivated to be in a positive head space... Wrong! Gym in the morning to cleanse my mind, body and soul. I love those intense work outs, don't think I will continue bikram....
