Before The Performance.

A busy day.

It started off with an early rehearsal, just to get the girls used to the stage and theatre.

Then home for a couple of hours, then back again for the performance.

After the last few weeks of worry and stress, because Isabella kept saying she didn't want to go to dancing anymore, today she had a ball.

The show was lovely, beautifully put together and the costumes were outstanding.  The children all had a wonderful time.

And now Isabella can't wait to get back on the big stage again!

Mia was incredibly good during the long performance.  Either sitting on her Dad's lap or mine.  Until, right near the end she fell asleep.

During the show every time the curtain came down, she said 'dark', and when it went up again she sat up to look at what was going on.

If we were talking she'd put her finger to her lips and say 'ssh' and then point at the stage.  She is so cute.

We came out of the theatre to a lovely warm evening, and then it began to RAIN.  It wasn't much, but at least it was something.

I had a lovely time, and I'm extremely proud of my 2 grandaughters.
