My niece, who recently bought a new car, has had some teething problems with it....... the Dealership has handled them well, including providing a courtesy car.
She was very surprised, and quite delighted, to receive this hamper of ‘goodies’ ....to say, ‘Sorry for the Inconveniences’....
a nice touch.
