Just watching .....

..... the swans on the pond in Rouken Glen Park.  Most of the pond was covered with a thick layer of ice but there was one small area of open water which had to be shared with the gulls, ducks and swans.

After enjoying a mocha in the warmth of the Boathouse Cafe I headed back through the frozen parkland to the garden centre car park where my car had struggled to remain frost free.

My Advent Calendar is ready and waiting for tomorrow when I feel that I can start listening to some lovely Christmas music.
