Mapua…

…………………..Sunset


This evening we were attending a function at Mapua, a small coastal village between Motueka & Nelson, NZ.

One half of the sky was sprinkled with colour after the sun had disappeared below the horizon while to the right a threatening bank of black cloud was slowly encroaching.


Thank you for the comments, stars and hearts for yesterday’s sprig of wistful English lavender.

An even bigger thank you for your response to the backblip of my day on Orkney Island earlier this year. The  number of visits, stars and hearts took me by surprise, but I’m very pleased you are enjoying looking back at my tour of the Scottish Highlands & Islands.
