Balcony Garden

The association at my complex is repainting the buildings. It's finally our turn to get the new paint, so we're all required to move all our stuff from the patios/balconies. The neighbor below got rid of practically everything. Here's a before picture of my balcony. In the next few days I'll post up the results.
