Turkey
A belated and unplanned turkey dinner: turkey breast, green beans, and mashed potatoes. Wine: Clos des Quatres Vents Fleurie Beaujolais 2015.
On a trip to Costco during our participation in the shopping mayhem that is Black Friday, we encountered some ready-for-the-oven turkey dinners on fire sale. Deciding it looked a suitable and easy dinner after a hectic day, we decided to pick one up (along with a whole turkey, similarly steeply discounted, which joined the other I got last week in the freezer). The wine paired well.
