Smoked Turkey

A Thanksgiving without a turkey is like Fourth of July without apple pie. When we had ham for dinner at my nieces home yesterday, we missed our turkey tradition! So my sweet husband decided to smoke a turkey breast for our dinner tonight. It was delicious and fulfilled our sense of tradition!
