Friday: Benllech Bay

Very chilly morning with a slight touch of frost, bright and sunny for rest of day.
Went for my regular blood pressure test, all ok, and blood test, phone next week for results ... then walked into the village and bought some books at each of the 2 charity shops.
From the square, I walked down to the beach, stopping to chat with someone I knew at the power station and her German shepherd dog, who is 9yrs old.
Down on the prom chatted briefly with another dog owner, everyone cheerful because of the fine weather.
Walked up Ffordd Cynlais which is very steep, I didn’t collapse. Used to stay at my friends’ houses here back in my youth!
Back home and I washed my waterproof jacket (which belonged to The Sailor when he was a cadet) and all my fleece jackets, some dried quickly but a couple are out overnight.
MrD went for a very long walk this afternoon, extra photo of view from Llanbedrgoch ...
