Doctors first thing then straight home for a big team meeting discussing what each ‘work’ area had felt after praying about tasks we each do - should they stay, go, be changed...really really great open conversation.
Tonight the Christmas tree lights were switched on in the Vara de Rey...Catalan carols and lots of folk. Later a drink with the Caña Club guys.

Today I’m grateful for;
1) A great doctor.
2) The team meeting (also this is our first ever pic all together! Taken on Quin’s phone as parents were late for school and nursery pick ups!).
3) Caña Club community.
