Walking It Off

Last night saw the annual Old Gits's pre-Christmas meal, our gathering of former, & old, teaching colleagues so this morning, after we dropped Sophie off at school, we headed for the coast at Kilve so I could walk off some of the calories I'd accidentally absorbed.

It was one of thos grey, lifeless, listless winter days but we both felt better for the fresh air and exercise.
