The perks of being a pensioner

You get to bore on about how, when you were a kid, it would have been totally impossible to buy English strawberries in the last week of November.
And also how you remember the opening of the first self-service supermarket in the country, actually by the same supermarket chain where I bought these today.
It’s fun being old.
