Shapes and Textures.....

We have a number of Tiarella plants in our garden. I love the shapes of their leaves and their colours and textures. They are also known as Foam Flowers on account of the delicate, feathery, foamy appearance of their flowers which grow on stalks above the leaves. It has been a little cooler today after a warm start. I went to the Art Group this morning which has a mix of water colourists, pastel painters and pen and pencil artists. A lovely crowd, we have so much fun.
