Oeufs en Muerette

Back blip from yesterday in Paris but was going to be yesterday’s blip before the loony labradors took top spot. Apparently it was also the Masterchef technical challenge last night. Poached eggs floating in a red-wine gravy with bacon bits & a random bit of soggy bread mixed in to boot! Don’t think it will become a favourite :-)
