A frosty, wintery Sunday in the woods.

Today was filled with many family moments spent with my sister and niece. I have been watching my niece very closely as I'm doing a video project based on 'life through a six year olds eyes'. I think the way children look at and deal with life is incredible. They are completely submitted to each moment, no worries about the past or the future (which is where many of us go in our minds 99% of the time), they are imaginative, open minded and free spirited. An inspiration. My aim is to go back to that thought whenever I worry. They are just trivial things. Life is here to test us, we need to embrace and enjoy every second.
