Whisky Mac?

Odd as it sounds, this recipe for Macaroni Cheese which I made  tonight lists 2 tablespoons of whisky among its ingredients!  Not sure we could actually taste the difference, but it was very tasty anyway.

No blip yesterday as awful weather again and a visit to the Macular Group for mince pies and a Christmas quiz, which was very enjoyable.  Today it was bowling where we all suffered from a distinct lack of talent and the score of 5-3 to the other team just proved the point.  Some you win etc:-)
